Patient & Visitor Resources

Welcome to St. Vincent Medical Center, where we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive and compassionate care. We treat a diverse community in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, offering services that always put our patients and their loved ones first. Our goal is to make your time at St. Vincent as comfortable as possible.

Transportation Services

We want to make it as simple as possible for patients and their visitors to reach us. That is why we provide transportation services for patients who live within a 15-mile radius of St. Vincent. We also offer coupons for senior citizens and people who are disabled.

Television Services

We provide a television in every patient’s room with more than 40 channels available. And because we believe it is important that you are up to date and informed on the best ways to stay healthy, we provide access to educational programming over the Health Care Focus Channel.

Guest Lodging

Having loved ones nearby during treatment can be a vital part of treatment and recovery. At St. Vincent, we offer patients and their out-of-town relatives access to the Seton Guest Center, our guest lodging facility.

Spiritual Care

At St. Vincent, we believe in treating the whole patient, providing care for the body, mind and spirit. Our team of chaplains and spiritual leaders are available to help offer emotional support and care.

Food Services

Each day you will receive a menu based on the diet prescribed by your physician. A member of the Nutrition and Food Services department is available to help choose menu selections. We invite visitors to take advantage of our cafeteria, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Language Services

St. Vincent reflects the wonderful diversity of our multicultural community. We want you to feel comfortable and informed during your stay with us, so we offer access to interpreters skilled in multiple languages. These services are also available for the hearing impaired.
